Hi I am looking to achieve a V shape face but I want non-invasive procedure. How do I know which procedure should I go for.

 A few other doctors whom I have contacted suggested that I will need to have chin implant if I want to achieve a V line. Is that right?
 
 Will thread lift be enough? As I am not keen on invasive surgery. Or can I just use fillers to fill up the chin?
 
 Actually my main concern is the saggy face and nasolabial folds and wrinkles around my eyes.
