  This is general information about Fat graft, Filler and PRP for you to understand what surgical procedures are like. You will
 be able to have more suitable recommendation once you provide us your photos as you are asked above.
 
 [Fat graft]
 Fat graft is performed for volume enhancement on sunken areas to achieve youthful appearance. The procedure usually
 involves harvesting fat from your abdomen or thigh. The fat is then centrifuged, and injected with a small cannula into the
 desired areas. The small cannula is a device with a dull tip therefore, the underlying facial tissues cannot be harmed in any
 way. The results of this procedure can be semi-permanent as the survival rate of autologous fat grafts varies from 40-60%.
 
 [PRP Injection]
 
 PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) is a growing treatment option which is widely used as for orthopedic injuries and conditions in
 western countries. With its perfect rejuvenation, PRP injection that uses your own platelets for whitening and rejuvenating
 effects has been used for skin texture in Asian countries to improve different types of skin condition. This therapy is effective
 for wrinkles, freckles, pimples, craters, and stretched marks. It is also effective for removing dark circles. Regarding the
 recovery period of PRP injection only, it is possible to be discharged right after the procedure.
 
 In PRP therapy, a patient’s blood is drawn and be placed into a centrifuge that spins and automatically separates red blood
 cells from the plasma. This ed&separated red cell, platelet, that has full of grown factor is re-injected on a patient's face
 or desired area. Platelets release special grown factors that lead to tissue healing and repair.
 
 [Fillers]
 
 Fillers are effective materials that are used to smooth out unwanted facial wrinkles or creases. It is made from a number of
 different substances, including hyaluronic acid, calcium and collagen. The most commonly treated in the most of facial areas
 nasolabial folds, glabella lines, forehead, chin, nose, love band, lips, or etc. Unlike nasolabial folds and glabella line where the
 injection is used for the purpose of filling up the sunken, wrinkled or flat parts, filler can be done on the low band and lips to
 augment its flatness to be more volumized.
 
 [Recovery time]
  Regarding recovery period, you are recommended to stay in Korea for 7-9 days for Fat Graft and PRP injection, so that you
 can get post-operative treatments including stitch removal and you are required to visit the hospital two or three times for
 post-treatments.
 
  Major swelling or bruising will gradually go away in about 1-2 weeks following the day of surgery. It is going to take about a
 month for minor swelling to subside. You will see the final result at least 6 months to a year after the surgery. However, the
 degree of swelling or bruising largely depends on personal cases and conditions.
 
 For Filler injection, there is no recovery time required but you may have minor swelling or tiny sized of bruising which will be
 gone as time goes.
