Hello, my name is Ramona , I’m from Romania and I’m interested to have surgeries to adjust my facial proportions.
 I can send you some photos, where I marked the areas of my face that i would like to be changed:
 The first thing that bothers me is the middle section of my face it’s long and not in perfect harmony with the rest of my face.
 i have narrow bone temples and because of that my eyes look close set,i know that there are fat grafts that could fill the temple area, but then my eyes will look even closer to each other .
 I would like to elongate my outer eye corners and to give them the cat eye effect, i’ve done a lateral canthoplasty 1 year ago but they couldn’t do much because of the lateral orbital bone(they could take only 1-2 mm),my eyes are also deep set.Is there a surgery for the lateral orbital bone to make my eyes look longer, to not be so deep set and to move my eyes laterally?
 My inner eye corners are looking faded and i would like them to look more defined.
 I heard about the bone shaping technique, and i was thinking if it would be possible ,about canthal ligament repositioning and enophthalmos surgery.
