Hi there,
I hope you're doing well. I got a rhinoplasty 3 1/2 years ago in Korea. It was for dorsal augmentation with a silicone implant. It started getting red around the middle section of my nose (especially around the surface of the nose bridge), and I can't wear glasses anymore (even light ones) as it feels too heavy and like it's affecting the implant. I am coming to Korea in 2 weeks (on 12/8) and I was hoping I could get the silicone implant replaced with autologous tissue for a higher dorsal.
Also, I would like protruding mouth surgery. I would think Anterior Segmental Osteotomy, but I'm not sure the degree my mouth protrudes and would like some consultation. What would be the best course of actions for these two procedures?
