 my name is Sandra, I am a 27-year-old girl from Germany. During the past few years I've started considering plastic surgery because I feel very uncomfortable with my facial proportions.
 I like my eyes and mouth, but my nose and jaw look masculine and big. I wish for a smaller and more feminine nose as well as a slimmer jawline. I want to feel more beautiful and confident, and look more feminine and youthful.
 Also, I have a deviated septum and can't breath well through my nose. Would your doctors be able to correct this too?
 
 I hope the text and pictures explain my problem and wish. Please let me know which procedure you think will be suitable to achieve a more youthful and feminine look. I would like to have a natural result.
